Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using Mac Image, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to follow these terms. If you do not agree with any part, stop accessing the website and using the relevant image tools. You must also follow the format, setting, quantity, and processing notices shown by each tool.
Service scope
Mac Image provides tools for image compression, format conversion, resizing, cropping, GIF processing, and other image editing tasks. Tools may support formats such as JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, SVG, BMP, TIFF, or HEIC, but the actual scope can differ by page. The current tool page controls the available inputs, outputs, settings, and features.
The service is intended for general image-processing scenarios and does not promise to meet every requirement of a specific industry, professional production workflow, or device. For important projects, test a small sample first and confirm that the result fits your workflow.
Batch processing and device limits
Some tools support selecting multiple images, dropping multiple files, or choosing an entire folder for batch processing. Batch jobs normally depend on available browser and device memory. File count, pixel dimensions, animation frames, and output quality can affect processing time and stability.
You should keep your original files and process large or high-resolution collections in smaller batches. Mac Image does not guarantee that a browser can complete work beyond the device capacity, page notice, or tool limit, and does not guarantee recovery of results that were not downloaded before an interruption.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for the files you add to a tool, the purpose of processing, and the way you use downloaded results. Before using the service, confirm that you have the copyright, authorization, license, or other lawful basis needed to process the relevant images.
- Do not process images that you are not authorized to use, copy, modify, or publish.
- Do not use the service to create or distribute unlawful, fraudulent, malicious, infringing, harassing, or privacy-violating content.
- Do not add malware, attempt to bypass security controls, or send requests in a way that harms website stability.
- Do not rely on the service for emergency safety decisions, medical decisions, legal decisions, or other purposes requiring professional assurance.
Content rights and licenses
You retain your rights in your images and other input content. Using Mac Image to process a file does not transfer ownership of that content to Mac Image. You must ensure that your files do not infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights.
If you voluntarily send suggestions, problem screenshots, or improvement ideas through feedback or email, you allow us to use those materials as needed to reply, troubleshoot, and improve the service. This does not change your rights in original images. Do not send unnecessary sensitive content.
Results, quality, and backups
Tools provide results according to their current implementation. Results may be affected by the source image, color profile, transparency, animation content, browser capability, device performance, and output format. Compression or conversion may change file size, metadata, colors, quality, or compatibility, so check results before publishing, printing, or delivering them.
Back up results after downloading them. Unless a tool page clearly says otherwise, results that have not been downloaded may be lost after a page refresh, tab closure, browser-data cleanup, or device interruption.
Privacy and file handling
Features that support local processing perform file work in the browser and on the current device. Implementation can differ between features, so read the upload-area notice. For information about image files, technical data, browser storage, and third-party resources, read our Privacy policy
Third-party resources and external websites
The website may rely on fonts, icons, scripts, decoders, or other third-party resources and may provide links to external websites. Third-party services are operated by their respective providers. Mac Image does not guarantee that third-party resources will remain available, error-free, or suitable for a particular requirement. Read their terms and privacy notices when using them.
Changes, suspension, and termination
We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue a tool or page for technical, operational, security, or legal reasons. We may also change formats, processing settings, quantity limits, or download methods. We try to keep page notices aligned with current features, but do not promise that any feature will remain available or uninterrupted.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mac Image provides the service as is and makes no express or implied promise about result accuracy, completeness, continuous availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or compatibility with other software. You decide whether to use a result based on your own risk assessment.
We are not responsible beyond what applicable law requires for file loss, processing failure, business interruption, or indirect loss caused by networks, browsers, devices, file formats, third-party resources, user actions, or unforeseeable events. Always keep originals and backups of important files.
Updates and contact
We may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change. Continued use of Mac Image after updated content is published on this page means that you accept the revised terms. If you have questions about the service scope, file handling, or these terms, contact us at:
